It is okay. I will not be sending the backend access . I have read the terms that you will not refund the money if you don't have backend access. If you can sort it without backend access it is okay otherwise you can close this ticket.

Hi,

It seems there is another extension which is issuing some warning messages. Please go to global configuration and change error reporting to none. If it doesn't solve you issue, Please send us your back end login credentials at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. We'll look into it. When i select import it only asks me to select file and there are no options. when i upload the csv file it uploads and then again nothing.

Any ideas how to make it work
