In vAccount, an item is anything that your company buys, sells, or resells in the course of business, such as products in your inventory, a service you provide (such as a consultation fee) shipping and handling charges, a miscellaneous fee (such as a delivery fee). You can think of an item as something that shows up as a line on an invoice or other sales form.
vAccount allows you to Add multiple Items to Income/Expense and Invoice. Now the next step is creating Items. You can setup unlimited number of Items. To manage Items, please go to Dashboard and click on Items icon). On the page, you will see list of Items which you created and you will be able to add/edit/delete/publish/unpublished Items using the buttons on toolbar.
- To create a Item, you can simply click on New button in the toolbar and fill-in necessary information.
The table below list the important fields and it's meaning which you need to enter when you create Item
|Title||Name (title) of the Item. The name will be displayed in Income/Expense and Invoice Form.|
|Actual Amount||The Actual price for individual item.|
|Transaction Type||Choose the Transaction Type (category) which the item will be assigned to.|
|Status||Set this item status to Published/Unpublished.|
