A customer (sometimes known as a client, buyer, or purchaser) is the recipient of a good, service, product, or idea, obtained from a seller, vendor, or supplier for a monetary or other valuable consideration. After complete setting up Transaction Modes, the next step is creating Customers. You can setup unlimited number of Customers. To manage Customers, please go to Dashboard and click on Customers icon). On the page, you will see list of Customers which you created and you will be able to add/edit/delete/publish/unpublished Customers using the buttons on toolbar.
- To create a Customer, you can simply click on New button in the toolbar and fill-in necessary information. When User click New button vAccount will display Customers form so that you can enter customers information (Name, Company, Email, Address...)
The table below list the important fields and it's meaning which you need to enter when you create Customers.
|Name||Name of the customer.|
|Company||Name of the company of customer.|
|Contact No.||Contact Number of customer.|
|Email of the customer.|
|Website||Website of the customer.|
|Instant Messenger||Choose the Instant Messenger of the customer and then enter the customer's Instant Messenger ID.|
|Country||Select Country of customer. A Discount/Tax rule can be applied to customers on their Nationality.|
|State||Choose state from the dynamically populated States. Upon selecting a country the states DropDownList displays the states belonging to the selected country.|
|Address||Address of the customer.|
|City||City of customer|
|Zip Code||Zip Code of the given address.|
