vAccount lets you to Add your Income and Expense Automatically by setting Cron Job in an Easier and Faster way. You can schedule multiple tasks to Add or Import your Transactions Data in CSV, JSON and XML file type. To setup or manage Import Schedule Task, please go to Dashboard and click on Import Schedule Task icon. On the page, you will see list of Import Schedule Task List which you created and you will be able to add/edit/delete Import Schedule Task using the buttons on toolbar.
- To create an Import Schedule Task, you can simply click on new button in the toolbar and fill-in necessary information.
- In Upload By URL/Path field, enter the URL/Path of the file you want to import. Permission of that file and folder must be readable so that the system can easily read the data from the file. You can only upload the .csv, .json and .xml file type to import the Data.
- After entering the URL/Path of the file , click on the continue button in the toolbar to further process of Import Task.
- You can choose what type of data column set to import to which field. i. e you can choose “Title” from the dropdown list for the Title field and so on. After selecting all mandatory or valid fields you can click on “Save” button on the toolbar to Import Schedule Task (save) your bulk data into database.
